Testing & installation

 

Every bridge is tested during the production process and compared with calculations. Maximal deflection due to Uniformly distributed Load 5.0kN/m2 and horizontal railing load 3.0kN/m are checked. Visual checks usually focus also on cracking and potential local crushing of concrete.

Production process

 

The production process is fast and simple, using both standard and innovative procedures.

 

The prefabricated elements of the Ultrabridge are usually made indoor within 1-2 months for medium-size bridge (20m in length).

Structure

 

The Ultrabridge is made from prefabricated UHPFRC concrete elements, which are pre-stressed to each other by internal bonded tendons.

 

The material is concrete with high compressive strength 150-800 MPa. This property enables us to design slender bridges, with minimal reinforcement cover.
